While they cooked, I took a white onion and thinly sliced it using the culinary finger death trap and got my toppings ready for the burger. When these balls are smoked, we can head out to the @recteq_official SmokeStone and get these things cooked! Toppings make a difference, and I love keeping it simple especially when testing something out! I used Mustard, spicy @grillospickles , and American cheese! Then let them smoke for 1.5-2 hours, and pull them off when the internal hits about 165°F! Wrap them in some @reynoldsbrands foil along with some Butter and Maple syrup, and get them back on the smoker meat side down for 30-45 mins or until they hit about 200°F Then we can take them out of the foil, place them back on for 10-15 mins so the glaze can set and they hit 203-205° internal!
